職務内容

・Common spend categories（全社共通のオフィス家賃、出張料金、ファシリティ等）における戦略的購買業務

・Implement complex Category Strategy following Target Operating Model（TOM） and delevop it for de-centralized model and inform accordingly local Business Partners.

・Cost reductions / savings optimized and documented in Business Cases.

Identify, evaluate and classify sourcing risks and devise risk mitigation measures.

・Manage local Business Partners actively and collaborate in order to align common goals.

・Potentially lead and drive Regional Sourcing projects potentially

応募要件

・2 to 4 years Sourcing expertise

・Analytical skill

・Logical thinking

・Cross-cultural communication skill

・Fluent in English and native level in Japanese（Facilitate mtgs, Negotiate contract T&C）

・Positive and willing to support others spontaneously
