生産管理グループマネージャーとして、

・Secure stable supply processes of materials and products through optimization and　Compliance with the local standards and customer’s demands

・Prepare Replenishment Plan (RP) of product portfolio based on Demand Plan/Net　Requirement Plan in a timely manner and supply all of materials (API, excipient, packaging materials, etc.) and bulk to production site (incl. third party) as planned

・Prepare production planning for production and conduct capacity simulation in order to secure enough capacity for the next 5 years long term

・Deliver the ordered amount of products to Business OPU (Distribution Centre) in time to meet the deadline maintaining high productivity, flexible production, and high production service level.
